Cedar Creek Family Medicine is a small family practice that was founded by Dr. Ted Nifong and located in Winston-Salem, NC Currently, Cedar Creek Family Medicine specializes in Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine.

Cedar Creek Family Medicine utilizes an Advanced Care Team model. Advanced Care team members support the Primary Care Provider (PCP) in efforts to deliver effective patient centered care.
